Park Villas North Homeowners Association Offices Appointed for 2012

On March 22nd, the Park Villas North Homeowners Association elected three board members to two year terms at the additional Annual Meeting. Brad Moroney, from Howerton Management. was in charge of the voting procedures at the Additional Annual Meeting held on March 22nd at 7PM in the Clubhouse. After compiling the proxies for a quorum and counting the votes with a homeowner volunteer, Brad Maroney announced the following final voting results with regard to the three board positions that were up for election:

Elaine Hartnett – 130

Paul Van Deusen – 116

Nancy Unfried – 111

After Elaine Hartnett, Paul Van Deusen and Nancy Unfried were elected, the Board then appointed the following officers for 2012:

Elaine Hartnett-President

Ruth Hinckfuss – Vice President

Cynthia Graham – Treasurer

Nancy Unfried – Secretary

Paul Van Deusen – Member at Large

The Board wishes to thank all of the candidates who ran for election and all of the homeowners who participated and voted this year. Let’s use the energy generated by the election to stay involved and make this the best year ever for Park Villas North.

BY THE ANNUAL MEETING ON 3-15

SO A SECOND MEETING IS NECESSARY

AND WILL BE HELD ON

MARCH 22, 2012

AT 7 PM IN THE CLUBHOUSE

In order to hold the annual meeting, 51% of all homeowners must either send in their vote in advance or bring their ballot to the annual meeting. This will not happen by the annual meeting on March 15th, so it is necessary to hold a second meeting on March 22nd at 7 pm in the clubhouse where only 25% is required. Please be sure to attend and if you have not yet voted bring your ballot or deposit in ballot box in mail room.

Park Villas North Board of Director Elections – Calling all Candidates

The Park Villas Noth bi-annual elections will be taking place at the March 15, 2012 Annual Meeting. This year, 3 board positions are open for re-election. Nominations are due by Wednesday, Febraury 15. See this link for more details.

Upcoming Parking Lot Slurry Seal and Stripe September 19th through 28th

Starting September 19th and ending September 28th J & S Asphalt will
slurry seal, then stripe and number the parking lots. Please see the map contained in this document of the 3 areas, but see below in this post for the schedule for the work on each of these areas (the schedule in that document is for previous parking lot work). Because the slurry, seal, and stripe of the parking lot is a two day project, cars need to be moved out of the parking lot at 7:15 am and cannot return until after 6pm the following day.

Food 4 Less on Mission Center Road has graciously agreed to let us park overnight in specific areas of their parking lot during this work. Please see map posted in the mail room on where to park in their lot.

Area 1
Work begins Monday, September 19, 2011 at 7:15 am
You may return on Tuesday September 20th after 6pm

Area 2
Work begins Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 7:15 am
You may return on Thursday September 22nd after 6pm

Area 3
Work begins Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 7:15 am
You may return on Wednesday September 28th after 6pm

Please Note: if you do not remove your car from the parking lot during the times indicated it will be towed at your expense.
