AT 7 PM IN THE CLUBHOUSE
In order to hold the annual meeting, 51% of all homeowners must either send in their vote in advance or bring their ballot to the annual meeting. This will not happen by the annual meeting on March 15th, so it is necessary to hold a second meeting on March 22nd at 7 pm in the clubhouse where only 25% is required. Please be sure to attend and if you have not yet voted bring your ballot or deposit in ballot box in mail room.
