Park Villas North is nestled amidst a park-like setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s an oasis in the heart of Mission Valley, the fastest growing neighborhood in San Diego, America’s finest city. Park Villas North is comprised of 296 condominiums including studios units, one bedroom with den units, 2-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath town homes and lower level two-bedroom, two bath units. Park Villas North is an established community with beautiful lush landscaping, mature trees, quiet walkways, flowing fountains and friendly neighbors. Shopping and Dining

Nearby Attractions
Mission Valley is central to a number of San Diego attractions such as Sea World on Mission Bay while nearby Hotel Circle offers visitors accommodations at many well-known hotels. Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo are located a mere 10 minutes away. In addition, the Presidio, Old Town and Heritage Park are at the western end of Mission Valley, and La Jolla, Mission Bay, Point Loma, Downtown San Diego, the Gaslamp Quarter and even Mexico are all easily accessible via the SR-163, I-805, I-8 and I-5 freeways.
Transportation
In addition to being near most of the major freeways in San Diego, the San Diego Trolley has two stops that are just steps away from our door at Hazard Center and Mission Valley Center. The trolley provides convenient and effortless regional transit from Mission Valley to all parts of San Diego, making Park Villas North an ideal place to call “Home Sweet Home.”
